Dr. Shamile Hussain

Dr Hussain was born and raised in sunny Queensland. He completed his MBBS, at the University of Queensland and went on to complete his FRACGP Specialist training there also.

Dr Hussain has been fortunate enough to travel all over Queensland developing his skills as a GP in various clinics. He has also worked at Queensland Health in various Emergency Departments, further cementing his love of Emergency Medicine. This has allowed him, to take those expert skills and apply them in the various practices he visits to give his patients the wide breath of his medical knowledge.

Doctors @ Liverpool, is his first glimpse at practising medicine in New South Wales. Not only does he work at the clinic, but he also works with NSW Health at Westmead and Blacktown hospitals to keep his emergency skills sharp.

Dr Hussain has many special areas of interest some of which include:

• Chronic Disease Management – Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Asthma, Cancer and Arthritis

• Sports Medicine

Dr Hussain, speaks fluently in Urdu and Punjabi.
