    Here are some common questions.

    We recommend you allow 45 minutes for your first visit to our clinic. New appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes and follow-up appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes. During your first visit your medical history will be recorded, prior to your actual consult with the GP.

    Doctors@Liverpool will send an automated SMS confirming your appointment, if your mobile phone details are recorded in your patient information.

    If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know a minimum of two hours prior, otherwise you may incur a cancellation fee.

    Check with your consulting GP. In some cases you may need to arrange for a friend, family member or taxi to pick you up.
